Easy to book. Clean & relaxing shop. I scheduled a gel mani / pedi & both came out great. Pricing is fair. Very happy with my services!
Not welcoming. Didn’t want to listen to listen and ignored requests for nails. No professionalism.
After work I needed an appointment to get a new set of gel x and a pedicure. I called my regular place and they didn’t have any availability so I googled nails near me and The Basic Nail Shoppe popped up. I gave them a call and Trish was so helpful. She managed to fit me in and was so sweet about it. The salon itself is very clean and spacious and they made me feel really comfortable right from the beginning.
