This my second appointment at The Basic Nail shop . Both times have been a great .experience Tiffany is great very friendly she did an amazing job on my pedicure. Jackie did an awesome job on my manicure very friendly Both girls are very professional . I can't wait to come back .
Sometimes you know you're just going in to the salon to get some gel removed, and it doesn't matter who's doing the service, because everyone is good and kind. But then you get surprised by an unexpectedly deep and wonderful conversation (along with a wonderful service.) That was my experience with Jackie. What a delight! I'm always happy going to The Basic, but today was a special day!
I have been coming here since it opened and it is the best nail salon around! Everyone is so friendly and talented. Today I had the most amazing spa experience! Chi did my signature gel manicure with extra massage…..to say it was heavenly is an understatement! Vivian did my signature pedicure and tackled my ingrowns and calluses so expertly! Clean, quiet environment with ocean screen savers on the TVs and quiet music. Large, bright salon with massage chairs and sanitary tools. Vivian did a great job on a Dazzle Dry Signature pedicure. They have TONS of Dazzle Dry colors. Very easy to make an appointment and to check out. Finally found a nail salon I like.
Gwen is great! She really pays attention to detail and makes sure you are comfortable. The place is very clean and keeps everything in good condition!
