very frustrating to have to wait 2 months to start the project, and start a week after you have made arrangements to start the project only to be disappointed in the last few items that needed to be tended to, such as the towel rack, shower rod and the tub handles were not placed correctly and that were hung improperly. the workers seem to be overwhelmed with the jobs, actually raised his voice to me. They out source the tile company and the plumber which I think they did a fabulous job. I'm sure a lot of companies do this. ... read more
