The salesman, Matt Fuller, assured us that the amount of the 3% credit card charge would be credited to us for the entire project. Unfortunately, the installer said that this applied only to the deposit. Besides that issue, everything was great. The installers were very professional and courteous.
We had a great experience with The Basement Doctor lifting our sunken front brick steps and front walkway. Keith explained the work to be done and pricing was very transparent. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work performed and Keith and Alex were great to work with!
