I would not recommend them at all. They did not have my best interest at heart at all. Grant Vreeland was my realtor and I never got to meet him. He sent everything through his assistant only called me when he had to. Did it explain what he wanted me to sign. I relocated from another state and he never once asked to meet me when I moved a month prior to closing on my home. He was not even at the closing.
