The space is small but it is utilized well. Sign up was a little rough but I believe that was just my own inability to follow directions on their website. Once signed up getting in the gym was a breeze. Everything was clean and well organized when I went in there. I'm glad to join this place and can't wait to continue my fitness journey here.

Great spot for all your strength and conditioning needs! Edit: Unfortunately the spot is rather small and if you go hereduring peak hours, having personal space is limited. I bring friends here who want solid equipment but don’t have the confidence to move around the space, yet.

A solid community gym. Lots of variety in their equipment, several trainers on staff, a dry sauna, private washrooms with showers, and 24/7 access for members using a gate code and entry app. Some slight issues for me personally with their auto-email system not working, but overall I would certainly recommend this gym!

I just wanted to update my review since working with trainer Hannah Hartman for a year and a half. Hannah helped me recover from a broken kneecap. I was almost a year post surgery when we started working together but still couldn’t walk up or down stairs normally, couldn’t run, and couldn’t do any weight bearing exercise. Lots of atrophy.
