Unfortunately they do not guarantee their work. We had an experience where they "fixed" a leak - and then were called out half a dozen more times for what they determined were unrelated problems. All along we had a suspicion the system was still leaking, tho they did not check for leaking again- just kept fixing the continued issues that came up. I want to express my complete satisfaction and appreciation of your technician, Lyle Humphrey. On a recent service call on my furnace, he clearly went above all expectations in diagnosing,explaining, and repairing the problems with my furnace. At the same time being sensitive to the costs of the repairs. You are fortunate to have him represent Barton Boys to the public!!
We came home to a cold house. Called Barton Boys and Melvin responded within a couple of hours. Fix our problem. Melvin was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to have working on our home.
I called today and got an immediate appointment. Melvin was wonderful! He explained what he was doing and his expert experience was very apparent as he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Barton Boys are lucky to have this fine young man on their team. He loves his job!
