I called today and got an immediate appointment. Melvin was wonderful! He explained what he was doing and his expert experience was very apparent as he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Barton Boys are lucky to have this fine young man on their team. He loves his job!
If I could give no stars I would. Don't waste your money. Paid $179.00 for a service tech to come out and he did nothing. Didn't even open the HVAC panel. 2nd tech told me what the first one didn't do. I called and tried to talk to the service manager Cory, he was no help. Basically, called me a liar.
Always very friendly and gets the job done fast. Let's you know exactly what's going on with every step. Kyle was fast and friendly.
They have taken care of my heating air conditioning system for several years. Always answer my questions. Recently I had a problem replacing a kitchen faucet. They came out within a few hours and not only replaced the faucet but took time to check the sink drain and disposal connection. Great company to work with.
I returned from a trip late in the evening during the 0 degree weather to find my thermostat not working. I called Barton Boys the next morning and they sent Melvin out right away. In very short order, he installed a new thermostat, programmed it, and made sure it was working correctly. Melvin was so great! He was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend both Melvin and the Barton Boys.
