Awful, I have had Rx issues in the past, and they are frequently unfriendly and unhelpful at pick up. this time was without med for two weeks while they at different times told me I couldn’t get it, due to “no refill” “yearly limit” “their system being down” and “too early” . All of these reasons were completely incorrect. I found out after talking to insurance and MD that a prior authorization was completed and active with plenty of refills over a month prior to trying to fill. Pharmacy workers act both irritated and annoyed when you ask follow-up questions. And good luck trying to get a hold of them, their phones are down. A friend has been calling for the past two weeks to get some medication transferred because she moved and there's no message about the phones being down. Even other pharmacies aren't able to get a hold of them. Need some lifesaving meds?
