Nice and professional
Chloe is the best. The company better be paying well. Kind, patient, smart, funny and loves children. Feels like a small town pharmacy when Chole is behind the counter.
I recently visited Bartell Drug and was quite disappointed. The shelves were noticeably empty, and many items were locked up, making it difficult to shop. I also missed the helpful and friendly staff from previous years. The overall experience was not what it used to be, and I hope they can improve soon.
My prescriptions have always been ready and available. They provide delivery if you can't come and get it. They counsel well, and they gave my kid a teddy bear once. What's not to love?
Very nice people, but Bartell works them too hard to provide an acceptable level of service. You will not get your prescriptions quickly here, and multiple times they have not started filling anything, including prescriptions that need to be special ordered, until I personally call them to ask.
