I would not recommend Barry Mathis. While he was able to secure a tenant quickly, there were multiple issues that ultimately outweighed that benefit. I experienced duplicate repair charges and a lack of transparency regarding trust account funds. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these concerns, I did not receive clear accounting or timely responses. Barry Mathis helped us get qualified to purchase a home, we appreciate his knowledge and responsiveness. While we did not move forward with a home purchase with them, we would strongly consider working with them again.
