Updated Review – February 2025 Barrington Club charges for amenities that don’t function. The outdated alarm system is unmonitored, yet they still charge a $15 fee—essentially making it an unnecessary decoration on your wall. My alarm has been non-functional for about four months now. Water pressure has been an ongoing issue since I moved in. Despite multiple attempts to fix it, the problem remains. I’ve been told it’s "normal," but I suspect it’s intentionally regulated since utilities are a flat fee—though I can’t prove it... read more
I talked to a leasing agent on the phone today. She was extremely rude, standoffish, and unfriendly. Those front desk staff members are the first people you meet and they should sound like they care not like I'm a bother...I was going to be a future resident but not after that
*Update: Some of the items has been partially fixed(i.e sliding glass door). 2nd review after 6 months of living here review! I am in a townhome and the plumbing is horrible. If I am showering my kids can't shower. It's one or the other or their will be a slow drip in the other bathroom. Oh and God forbid you're washing or cleaning dishes you can only do one thing at a time in this home when it comes to water. Management is aware and their reply is "that's how it is".
