This apartment complex is an absolute disgrace. Management is rude, disrespectful, and completely unresponsive. They never answer the phone, they ignore emergencies, and when you finally reach them, they act like you’re the problem. The level of disrespect here is beyond belief. The building is crawling with roaches and insects, and nothing ever gets fixed. Maintenance is supposed to be available 24/7, but when you call for an actual emergency — no fridge, no AC, no lights — you’re told, “the office is closed.” That is outra... read more
Nothing we do is working for rhe bed bugs we have in the unit, we are told to prep for pest control, but they don't always show up even though we take all the items out the cabinets.
