The Barrington is a rip off take money turn you down and hold on to your money... All I want is my money and cut all ties with The Barrington and move on. Is that to much to ask?
Back in early January my boyfriends bike was stolen from the parking garage yes it wasn’t locked up but I told the office about it they said they look into it and went to the office a week and a half ago to talk to Thomas again and said he never remembered my boyfriend telling him that when we literally told him about it and feels like the leasing office is refusing to look through any camera footage at all very poor customer service
I would rather be homeless than live here again.
The apartment is good and environmentally friendly, and the tour guy (Thomas) was wonderful, but I hope someone can respond to a phone call promptly. Overall, I like the view from the apartment balcony. You need to improve your return-call time ASAP.
We have only been here 8 months, but would recommend the Barrington to anyone. Maintenance is on point! We are serial renters and good maintenance is hard to find! Office personel were great aswel. Location is great, almost a hidden gem tbh.
