Note: This feedback was emailed to management. No reply for a month. Now i am posting it here: 1. Building Conditions: For over three months at the start of my lease, on and off, parts of the building including all of my apartment reeked of a foul odor that maintenance repeatedly failed to address. This review is strictly about the 10 star service provided by the weekday concierge staff - Gabby (mornings) and Madonna (evenings). Firstly, signing the praises of Gabby (Multi-Site Director of Resident Services). There is no other way to say it besides the resident experience would fall to pieces if she was not here!!! Make App't To see The Barrett and The Claude Property, My Tour Person Was Kevin, showed Me Several Units And Properties, I Selected One Unit at the Barrett property and Submitted All The Necessary Documents, Traveling back and forth, With Expenses, There was no Response from The Barrett Property, I decided too Reached out to The Property Manager Maria, And Also No Response! The Refusal And Discrimination Is Shocking!
