Had a problem with my A/C unit and put in a maintenance request past 5 , he came out same day and had everything fixed within a few hours so I could have the air on tonight. 10/10 maintenance staff ❤️❤️❤️
I absolutely love this place !!! A minor rough start BUTT Nicole and John absolutely made my apartment feel like home !! They definitely went above and beyond to assist me with my questions and concerns. They moved quickly with ALL request and Nicole made sure she kept my roomate and I updated regarding EVERYTHING!!! Everything is now GREAT & i’m so excited to call The Barrett my home . 10/10 would highly recommend !! :) 💋
This is Juliette and I have lived at The Barrett for over 3 years. I have been very disappointed with previous managers, especially the most recent one. But finally the new Assistant Manager, in my opinion she performs as if she is the The Manager!!, is very efficient. She is warm and listens to all my concerns, but yet very professional. Huge shoutout to Derek from maintenance! He was the only one who actually fixed the issues we were having in our apartment, especially with the electrical and the dishwasher. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in it. Super professional, quick, and just overall great at his job. So grateful for him!
