I had an amazing experience at The Barrett so far! Niccole helped me a lot, she made sure I could move in as quick as possible and made sure everything went smoothly.
Management hired a brand new maintenance manager sean white who immediately finished all our maintenance request and has been very helpful. The other maintenance employee has also been a great help he works fast and does great work. Now we are just waiting for the apartment management to get a power washing company out here to power wash everything so it can finally be clean ij the Breeze way.
I have been at the Barrett now for 4 months. This complex has exceeded my expectations. I want to give a great big shout out to Maresa Sparks the Assistant Buisness Manager for always being available and made my transition to the Barrett very easy. Thanks. Much Appreciated.
I had some issues with my apartment, which I relayed to M/s Maresa Sparks. To my surprise, my concerns were addressed within hours, and am very grateful for that.
Nicole was Excellent help she went behind her Job scope to get it done for us so we can get in the apartment and making sure that we get the apartment that we need. She replied to our emails. Our calls walked us through everything got the process going and we definitely appreciate that. I think she need a raise. Lol Thank you, Nicole for all your help
