Overall Experience: -I was a long-term resident at The Barrett (managed by Fogelman Properties), and it’s disappointing how drastically the quality of living declined over time. Pool & Health Concerns: -The pool was closed for months due to reported unknown bacteria, with little transparency or urgency, raising serious health concerns. German roach infestation. They won’t have someone come every week to deal with the roaches. We have found 4 in one day. No matter how much we clean our apartment, they come because they are in the pipes/drains/sewers. The entire complex is infected.
Maintenance team, Ryan and Abel were super helpful and efficient! Got my hot water fixed immediately.
