A knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service greet you in a comfortable environment which is unlike any bar we know. Meet the Business Owner Sara and Gus S. Business Owner Sara and Gus have both been familiar faces in the Cincinnati and Dayton Craft Beer communities for years now, so they decided to join forces and take over the business at The Barrel House.

Jim and I love the atmosphere in this place. Our favorite server is Adam. Check out Vinyl Sundays. Even though they don’t serve food, you can bring it with you or have it delivered.

Best place in the down town Dayton area to find those hard to find and unique beers. Great location with easy access and parking in the rear. Awesome staff, friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Cozy place to sit and sip beers. Flights available and reasonable prices. Always new beers on tap.

First time there yesterday afternoon, warmly welcomed by staff and immediately made to feel at home. Cozy, intimate space; great place to hang out with friends and meet new ones. The beer selection, both on tap and in cans/bottles, is fantastic. My wife and I loved it and we will be returning for sure.

Went for the rose wine tasting which being a beer guy I thought the wine was very enjoyable the snacks were right on target with the wine. The place was packed. So what’s that tell you. Hectic but great job. Oh and I did have a couple beers too
