I just moved to CT about 6 months ago and live near Rocky Hill/Cromwell. This is the first exercise studio I checked out in the area and I have been very satisfied with my experience here! I really appreciate all of the time and effort all instructors put into their classes and how they aim to make the studio an inclusive environment for everyone. I am also impressed with the price of this studio as well as I feel it is very reasonable compared to other options!

Amazing knowledgeable instructors that infuse all aspects of yoga into practice.
I am only in my “new student two week trial” at The Barre and Hot Yoga and I definitely plan on buying a class pass once it expires. I initially went for Hot Yoga (great class) but also have found myself loving Barre & LIIT classes! The classes are challenging in a good way (not a dreading class kind of way). KC is great!
The Barre is a clean, well-run, and welcoming place to attend a class! As someone who has been pretty petrified of workout classes and always feels awkward or one step behind, I appreciate the instructors continuous gentle feedback during the classes. I always get a great workout and am sore for days after!
