I'm so pleased I joined barre3 in Westlake. The atmosphere is warm and the staff is welcoming and kind. The workouts are challenging! I'm thrilled with the results I'm seeing after two months. If you are thinking about it here's your push to go for it!
This studio is so welcoming and inclusive for all bodies and levels of learning. I’ve been attending classes regularly (3-5x/week) for a couple months and I feel like I have more energy and strength. I highly recommend over other studios in the area!
i tried my first class and had to leave about 15 minutes early because i was truly about to pass out. very very embarrassing but the front desk girl did not make me feel bad at all thankfully. i still liked it enough to book more classes, i’m just going to pace myself a little more 😅 i wanted a hard workout and i got it, can’t complain there. the class had women of all ages and strength levels as well which is a good sign to me.
