My heart aches writing this review knowing I am leaving this studio (moving away). Kate is an insanely talented instructor. She has made me a person with discipline, strength, endurance, patience, and has made me love and trust my body in so many ways. If you’re ever considering taking a class I highly recommend taking a strength class with her even her signature class will make you question “no way this is just the warm up”. Tried Barre3 for the first time as I was visiting from out of town and I enjoyed the class!
Barre code rating: 5/5 Barre 3 rating: 2/5 Extremely disappointed with the transition from barre code to barre 3. I know I am not the only one who feels this way as well. I don’t understand why member input wasn’t sought before completely changing the classes, removing all the best props, “renovating” which meant cramming more people into the studio all while increasing the price by $20 a month.
