My heart aches writing this review knowing I am leaving this studio (moving away). Kate is an insanely talented instructor. She has made me a person with discipline, strength, endurance, patience, and has made me love and trust my body in so many ways. If you’re ever considering taking a class I highly recommend taking a strength class with her even her signature class will make you question “no way this is just the warm up”.
