I have been going here for over a year now and absolutely love it. The Royal Oak and Birmingham locations are great. The instructors motivate you to give it your all. I like the incorporation of mindfulness into the routines now that it has become barre3. It adds a little more to the class the focus on your body and mind.
Love this place! Effective and HARD workouts in 45 min. Instructors are all amazing.
The instructors are amazing, the new studio beautiful and the jams boppin’. I’ve been attending classes at this location for 9 years? (🤯) I’ve enjoyed the new formats which include lots of room for stretching and breath work but also allow you to challenge yourself with a range of weights and resistance options. Hugs to everyone who makes the place so great :)
