Loved this studio! They were so welcoming, it was my first time there but they made me feel like I was part of their community. Great workout, and perfect for all levels. Super clean too. I can’t wait to go back.
I never thought I would be a group workout person but MFC is one of my favorite places! This is a place filled with badass people who push you to challenge yourself so you always leave feeling stronger than you did when class started.
Love love love the studio and community! The variety of classes and times offered is so great, and each instructor brings their own unique twist to the class. The props and moves vary so it’s never the same choreography but you always get a great workout!
