My favorite Barre studio! I work downtown and this location is super convenient. The workouts are challenging, but you can feel yourself improving and getting stronger the longer you do it. I definitely recommend!
I LOVE this place! The instructors are great, the classes are challenging, and the girls who workout here are awesome. Parking can be a challenge at this location, but the location is central and it's so easy to meet up with friends afterwards. I suggest trying a few classes, you won't be disappointed!
This is the one studio that converted me from class pass. I joined right before one of the challenges, and for the first time in years I finally saw changes in the shape of my body and energy! I love the mix of classes this studio has (it's so much more than just Barre classes) as well as the community it's created 💜
