I’m a conventional gym goer so I was branching out by trying this format. But it was a great idea! Don’t be fooled by the nice atmosphere, they can still give you a tough workout. Highly recommend.
This place has given me a new found love for fitness. The environment and instructors are all so encouraging and engaging. All the instructors all have their own special way of teaching and I enjoy them all tremendously.
I’ve been going to Barre3 for over 6 months now and I cannot recommend it enough! Girl power all the way!
