Waited 3 months for an appointment and waited over an hour at the office just to go there and for the staff to tell me I can't be seen because I didn't bring a CT scan disc. I was never informed either thru text message or thru email to bring the disc. The staff seemed like they didn't want to work and they were quick to cancel my appointment. I never was seen and I already had paid the copay of $40. Very unprofessional
I receive the same friendly and professional service every time I visit the clinic. My audiologist is Kristen Rushing.
