Chad was great to work with. He was patient and drive around the Denver metro helping us find the right area. Once we established what area was best for us, he helped us find the right home based on the parameters we set. Using his experience he was even able to help us negotiate the price and findings on the inspection report. Thank you, Chad, for helping us find a home.
Chad was knowledgable and ensured a smooth transaction. It was a pleasure working with him.

I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a competent and personable realtor who cares about his clients and returns phone calls In a timely manner. He's the best!! Karen Bohnet
