I really wish I had read the reviews prior to bringing my puppy to Barn Door. They are crazy expensive, hide fees and force you into “puppy” exams that cost $100 - for a 2 minute once over - before they administer the shots they promise. The “liaison” contacted me after I told the reception we did not require a third 5 min once over, and they encouraged us to find another vet, should we decide not to pay for a third obligatory exam. I can’t say enough about Dr Ina and her incredible team. They were so patient, kind and caring with us in a very sensitive and painful time.
