Paid my $200 application fee, afterwards management has been unresponsive. I have asked for a refund due to their unresponsiveness, again my emails have been left unanswered. There seems to be a strong management problem. I do not recommend applying here. EDIT: They stated their policy in their response. 48hr cancellation window is absurd when I had been in communication weeks after my application and still had NO paperwork to sign due to their poor management. Update...grills have been cleaned and dog runs cleaned andnup kept. Started out great but downhill since July. People have used charcoal in the grills and they won’t light. Or grills cleaned at least the last time I checked. Two weeks with no doggy poop bags and the trash being emptied at the dog run. And to top it off the accusing letter of smoking pot.

Please do yourself a favor and do not sign a lease here. It’s been an absolute nightmare the past year with new management coming in and out every couple months. I’ve lived here for 2 years and had zero complaints up until Caleb left. Now it’s been horrible. Every single one of my packages get stolen out of the mail room. The new leasing management is refusing to show me video footage I even filed a police report to get the footage and they still haven’t shown me footage of my packages. BEWARE!! RED ALERT ‼️ The lady that sits in the lobby behind the desk does nothing but tell lies, gossip about residents to other residents and is very unprofessional. I’ve had 2 of my packages missing without any explanation, the hallways are dirty with trash left on some of the floors, the doors to the building are always propped open so anyone off the street can just walk in, so there’s a major safety concern here. Now over here everything is horrible. They don't listen to any of the complaints. Packages are disappearing from the mail room and the parcel pending security mail. If we complaint about something they'le just be more aggressive on you and they have no sense of how to speak to others. The new management here is really rude and disrespectful.
