The follow up is terrible! If you leave a message no one calls you back! When you finally get a hold of someone, they ignore your concerns, don't apologize, and never takes responsibility for their failed follow up system. Good doctors but the service from their staff is a disaster!

I gave 5 stars because my time there was very much appreciated. I went thru the whole program (nutritional visits, weigh ins, psychologist, and final class) but at the end I backed out. I appreciate all the support and kindness I was given at every single visit. I never felt bad or judged. Thanks again!! ��

I would like to give the bariatric center of Kansas City a 10 star rating for wonderful care they gave me during and after my surgery. I am 5 weeks post-op and having great results. Dr. Hoehn was my surgeon, and each person from his staff have helped to make my experience a successful one. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering this surgery !!!
