I did my SLEEVE in May 0f 2024 and everything went fine. My ex9with the office staff was very good. Rocky was very kind and helpful when I call with any questions I needed answer. Dr. McLean was a great doctor to work and his assistant doctor. My overall experience was very good.
I'm calling and calling the receptionist Rocky hung up on me and would not let me transfer to anyone and when I asked to leave message with Dr she hung up on me.this is very unprofessional and I am willing to dedicate my time to make sure this lady receptionist doesn't continue to hang up on patients and display rude behavior very unprofessional
