Wish I could give it a zero. Outdated, dirty love seat. Front desk person said an employee left a note that I would cancel after speaking with front desk to say I was on my way to check in. Offered me 1st 4th, 5th or 6th floors. I said the 1st. Shortly after was told there was no 1st floor and linens were being changed almost 2 hours after checking in time. Never again. Super agradable, buenas ubicación
Only cons were we couldn't watch TV because most of the channels were unavailable and we had to reclean the tub because they missed a lot of spots. Other than that it was AWESOME
The Extremely rude staff, every single person we spoke to. We booked a room with sofa bed and the sofa was not made. There was only one pillow without pillowcase and no blanket (by 55F at night) We asked for a blanket and got a thin sheets with a comment “that’s all I found”. The sofa bed was the worst experience to sleep on, the regular bed wasn’t much better, uncomfortable and noisy.
