Do not move here if you care about your health! Several residents smoke indoors with their windows closed, and AC is shared. The realtor/HOA/leasing agent lied to me when I asked if smoking is allowed BEFORE even signing a lease, and I lost THOUSANDS to move out in under a month because the smoke was that bad!! I am a student and can't afford that kind of move, it was horrific! My unit was B208 of building 2601 by the way, it is active for rent again at the time of this review's posting. Do not move here at all costs. Cindy (manager of the building) foresaw the delivery of a TV to the managing office. Someone in the managing office signed for the TV and stole it. Multiple other stolen packages occurred at numerous different occasions, though these were packages delivered straight to my apartment door. Cindy also gave a resident an unregistered key showing signs of completely unprofessionalism on top of being unpleasant to work with. Additionally, there are multiple roaches in the building.
