Been at the Barbican since 2018. Great Residents and HOA leadership. A vital community that cares for its facility to enhance property values, create a safe environment, and be a premier Des Moines Property. So much is offered, including underground parking, an indoor pool, a workout center, a garden, an outdoor patio for residents, a guest suite, and a meeting room. Beautiful environment.
Nice place. Visiting a friend that live there. She has live there for many years and likes it a lot. Clean, safe and has parking in under garage.
We have friends wo live here. It is a nice Condo.
