Friendly welcoming staff. I have frequented this barbershop for several years now. I’ve only ever had one bad experience with a stylist, that seemed a little too slappy when brushing my head off throughout the cut. All seem attentive to details and ensure that you’re satisfied and looking your best. I do have a favorite but will not name because they’re hard enough for me to book and often running behind. I really did like this hair salon until my son and his dad missed their first appointment, when they have been going to this place for a while, and got charged half the fee of the haircut. It was an honest mistake and I brought it up when we did go in and nothing was done to change it. UPDATE: They ended up refunding the fee which was very kind. I’m happy with the haircuts that my son and fiancé get from Jake and Kim
