Not sure the point of an appointment if the time isn’t going to be remotely close to accurate. Appointment at 10, there 5 minutes before and checked in. Sat until 1020 with no communication or updates. The 1030 appointment got called in front of the 10. I’ll go get an overpriced haircut elsewhere.
Jake was my barber, one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a very long time, he was professional and very kind. When someone takes the time to get to know you it goes a long way. I felt relaxed and at ease he was great at his job. Definitely will be going back
I sat for 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment as I watched 7 other people come in after me and be taken right back. Never had any assurance it would be soon or anything. First impression was pretty terrible so I personally wont be returning. Im sure they do a great job on haircuts but that was just pretty ridiculous.
No prices for kids cuts. $32 for a kids cut!! It's outrageous. We had an appointment scheduled and came early, so obvi had to wait, but the appointment time came and went and we were still left waiting ... Didn't wait but than 5 min before my son said "let's go".
Awesome as always!!! The shop is always accommodating and professional. I often just take the next available stylist and this last time I got Sarah. She was awesome and friendly and gave me an excellent cut.
