Services are nice but the haircut was pretty bad. Wouldn't recommend for a random walk in
The worst i have seen and experience when comes to hair stylist. Novice lady seems never work in hair saloon. Bunch of ladies join this to get easy money. They ruined my son's hair during best time of the year when holiday pics are due. Shameless manager did not even apologies. Avoid this place. We will never ever visit this place.
I’ve been coming here for years and all the ladies are great. Not today. Sinead’s attitude was so lacking in warmth and genuineness— asked me three times, how my day was going so far, obviously not remembering she’d already asked. When finished I asked if she dry my hair… her answer, ‘it’s already dry’ ‘I need it dryer’ I answered. Remarkable she’s survived in this business treating customers with such abruptness and detachment.
The cuts are good and the hot towel wash is refreshing. Staff get upset if you are at all late and can threaten your reservation or services, but I notice they have no issue if they are running late for your appointment.
