The cuts are good and the hot towel wash is refreshing. Staff get upset if you are at all late and can threaten your reservation or services, but I notice they have no issue if they are running late for your appointment.
Would Highly not recommend (shinade) didn’t even ask what haircut I wanted. Only reason it has two stars was because of shampoo and Hot towel. She spent 8 minutes cutting my hair. Awful service. Highly recommend Brooke, or Crystal do NOT Get shinade
