I asked on 3 different occasions for it to be Left long on top. Never has been to my satisfaction and they waited till it was almost done to double check on how I thought it was going

Don't remember the person's name. Didn't listen to anything I said for how to cut my hair. Don't get me wrong, I've had great experience here many years ago. Walk in and it's 20 bucks and they cut the hair the way you tell them. Now, some female just reads notes from 10 years ago and doesn't listen to what you tell her of how you want your hair cut.
