I had a beard trim with straight razor beard line up by Janessa, she made my beard crooked. Next day when i go in to have it fixed she never apologized and the only thing she says to me is that she is ocd about her eyebrows too so she just does them herself!
Decent haircut at a reasonable price. Service is generally good and they do a good job staying on track of appointments.
