Twice I've had to walk out and go somewhere else because I was sitting there waiting long after my appointment time while the staff were more interested in gossiping with the customers than cutting their hair. There won't be a third time.

Unfortunately, my experience there was far from satisfactory. Despite many of the staff having years of experience, professionalism seemed to be lacking. It's essential to check your hair and face thoroughly before leaving because they often miss details that require correction. Plus, be prepared for unexpected charges; you'll likely end up paying more than what you initially booked. The prices are high, but I don't see the value in the service provided. Overall, I cannot recommend this place at all.

I called for appointment. They said come on in. Git there in 10 minutes. Sat down waited... turned away. RIDICULOUS TO WASTE MY TIME!!! WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Always mediocre cuts here. The other locations have always been better staffed.

The girl there gave me trust issues, 😂 she put no effort and didn’t even know how to do a blend right. She left the sides noticeably uneven and could tell she didn’t know what she was doing. It always feels risky getting a cut there. On top of that, her attitude was very negative and maybe it was because she hates her job. I don’t understand how people like that have a license for cutting hair. I don’t plan on going back to that place either even if desperate for a trim.
