I had a really solid experience at Connected Barbers in San Jose. I came in as a last-minute walk-in, and Alex was able to take me in without making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He listened to what I wanted, paid attention to the details, and gave me a clean, sharp haircut that came out even better than I expected.
