I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical about the Barbers considering it is located in Walmart however the service I received quickly made the location the least of my worries. I received a cut, color, and eyebrow wax. My time in the chair was less than an hour but the conversation held with the stylist made the time seem to fly by. If you are looking for an affordable cut, color, or wax give the Barbers a try. It was actually nice to kill two birds with one stone at the local Walmart Supercenter!
Thinking of suing. Destroyed my daughters hair went to have her bangs feathered in. Sawed her hair. The manager could have cared less. My minor daughter wanted to kill her self. Ruined 12 years of hair growth. Need to hold them accountable for cutting hair that you don't want cut....can't replace
Terrible customer service, terrible highlight, felt rushed. Mean to the poor, young, new stylist behind the chair I was in. If it weren't for the location and dirt cheap prices, not sure how this terribly managed salon would survive.
I've been satisfied in the past with the service and styling at this location, but I was quite disappointed on my last visit. This occurred on Sunday, January 16th, 2011. I'm guessing it was around 2:59pm, based on what happened. I walked into the shop and was greeted by two young ladies who asked if they could help. I responded that I wanted a haircut, and the taller, and I'm assuming older of the two answered, "I'm sorry, but we close in, like one minute. We close early on Sundays. 3 pm. Sorry." the salon is inside of wal mart in rib mountain and that in itself makes it very helpful and one stop shopping. they did a great job with my families haircuts and my highlights. we would definetly go back again! The prices were good and you could make an appointment or just walk in. you can do all you shopping in one stop and that really helps save on gas. i would recomend them to everyone!
