I called in made an appointment 2:30 I showed up at 2:30 and I'm sitting there waiting for 10 minutes and I ask, didn't I have an appointment at 2:30? And she said , yes , but we're running behind l o l , what is the point of making an appointment and then having to wait half an hour because they overbooked? They basically wasted two hours of my time driving there and now having to drive home. Very unprofessional and disappointing. By the way, they're haircuts are mediocre at best.
