Great place. We were headed down street to another place when we saw The Barberry and walked in. What a great decision..our server Tony was great
Food was great but service was slow. After waiting forever for salads and soups we asked a manager to check. No apologies or checking from our server. Food worth it but just say I'm sorry and check back from time to time.

We had an early Christmas celebration at The Barberry over brunch last weekend and everything about our experience was so lovely. From the cozy, festive and inviting environment to the delicious food and to our kind hearted and knowledgeable server who was so genuine in his interactions. My mom forgot her glasses and he cared enough to remember he saw some readers in the back that he brought out for her to borrow. The unexpected gestures that go such a long way. Thank you!
Outstanding restaurant. The service is 5-star and the food is exceptional. We live in Chicago and have been here three times! It is definitely not to be missed and we will visit every we travel back to the area.
