There was a mix up with my apt and being seen on time. Owner and barber more than made up for it and apologized more than once. Customer service recovery at its best. Would continue to recommend!

What a barber should be
Love this place! I had Chrit give me a cut and shave. He did a great job! Friendly and efficient staff all over. Love how they sell beer, nice touch while you wait. The atmosphere is unpretentious and grungy at the perfect level. The atmosphere has character I appreciate. I booked ahead by a few days, and glad I did. They looked like they had a busy schedule. I'm in Thunder Bay a few times a year so I'll try to save my cuts for when I'm in town, just so I can come here. Thanks Chrit! You're my guy when I go there.
