I’ve been a loyal customer here for over a year and have always had great results, but today was a complete disaster. Not only did they start my appointment late, but the barber rushed through the entire cut because he was behind schedule. The result is a very sloppy, unprofessional haircut. It’s disappointing to see the quality drop like this after being a regular for so long.

Atmosphere is great, I have booked with Ian twice now, great work very easy and nice guy, I showed up a bit late gave him notice and yet he still managed to give me a great service (Hands down Ian is the best barber in town) don't look at the negative reviews give him a try and judge yourself, personally am definitely going back and most definitely recommend.

Terrible experience with Ian. He showed up late to the appointment and somehow acted like I was the problem. The request was simple, yet he still messed it up and then had the nerve to imply I was being “too particular.” No accountability, no professionalism. Not the first time and am definitely not coming back. Could have done better than it myself.
