Caleb use to be good but recently idk what happened. Made an appointment for first am, show up a lil early as usual an not opened yet. That’s fine it was a lil before 8. My appointments at 8. I loved this place for almost a year. Had to make a cancellation last week the barber Joel said that’s perfectly fine and I told him I would reschedule when my family situation calmed down. He was totally fine with it! Then a week later I get hit with a cancellation fee of $25 for the week before!!! Soo this guy basically waiting a week and charged me a late fee after agreeing to let me reschedule!
