This was an amazing experience. As my first time to anything like this, I did not feel intimidated or pressured to do something I was not capable to. The instructor understood us and my body very well and when I was corrected, I did not feel singled out. This is something everyone should try!
Honestly, this is the most welcoming fitness studio I've been to. Even if it's been a while for me I'm always greeted with a smile and folks take the time to help you with your form. You get great verbal cues and physical cues to help with form. It's such a nice spot and the staff/instructors are top tier! 10/10
The only thing better than the workout is the people! I've been coming to this studio for 7 years and it truly is the community that keeps me coming back.
Bar Method Tampa is my go to workout place now for 7 years and absolutely the best! Everyone is so inviting and caring and the workouts are amazing!
Signed up for my first barre class today and had an amazing experience. I could definitely feel the burn. I wanted something that would challenge me in a different way than my usual routine, and this did exactly that. The studio is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the environment made it easy to stay focused. As a beginner, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Looking forward to continuing and building consistency here!
