Courtney and the rest of the team are awesome. Every class is fun and challenging!
Love the staff are so friendly, and care about each and every person that comes through the door. The workouts are intense, and always challenging regardless of fitness level. After 2 months I find each day more intense, yet I’m always feeling stronger.
The classes are so well organized and all of the instructors push you to do your best and make it fun at the same time!! I’ve seen some awesome changes in my strength and physique seen starting at Bar Method.
Unfortunately, I can not recommend this business. While the workout was excellent, I was very disappointed with some of the behavior I experienced with the employees. Specifically, there were some very disappointing and shady business practices. Be careful. If there is ever a slight issue with payment (and even if it is their fault/or their system’s fault).
