Karen is so good! I really enjoyed her class. She’s very positive and gives great attention to everyone in the class.
Been a member here on and off. Pros: very clean, instructors and staff is very nice con: never really felt like I knew what I was doing. They helped in the beginning with forum and helping you get into the position but eventually stopped. I ended up leaving a lot of times early for the workouts. The instructors were very nice though and I think if you know what you’re doing this the class could be challenging . I ultimately left not becaus I felt uncomfortable working out there.
