I have been taking classes for a year and have really seen a lot of changes to my physique. My muscles are longer and leaner, my arms are tighter, and my thighs are stronger but smaller too. I am impressed and addicted to these workouts. And, all of the instructors are awesome. Usually you expect to get a dud out of about five or six different instructors, but not here. I absolutely love The Bar! I’ve come on and off for years and nothing beats the workout and experience here. From the staff to the space to the kids care option. The workout has changed my body and improved my health and strength and overall mentality about exercise.
I have been going to Bar Method Fresno for 5 years now, and I truly cannot say enough good things. The physical and mental transformation I’ve experienced has been incredible. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I froze my membership months ago (back in August). Instead of properly canceling it, The Bar Method kept my account active. Recently, when I bought a simple pair of socks in-studio, they proceeded to charge my credit card SEVEN separate times for $136 each — without authorization or warning.
