I have been a member of The Bar Method Fresno since 2018 and can honestly say that they are the best. The instructors are kind funny and so attentive. I have never been to a workout class quite like this with such amazing staff! Special shout out to the owner who has created such a fun and inclusive experience for all!

My wife goes here and I can really tell the impact it’s having on her overall well being. I bought her a special as a gift and she loves it!
I love working out at the Bar Method Fresno. Been a member for almost 10 years. The full body workout has strengthened my core and posture, and the workouts never get easy. The stretching throughout is so beneficial and I always leave with a full mental release which is a perfect way to start or end my day. The instructors are amazing!
