10/10 recommend!!! The instructors are not only welcoming but also super attentive. They genuinely care about your form and technique, which makes each class feel personal and effective. You never feel lost or overlooked, even if you’re new. The workouts are challenging in the best way, and the energy in the room is always uplifting. The whole experience is empowering, and I leave every class feeling stronger and more confident. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and high-quality barre community!
Tried one of their specials and was hooked. I’ve been a member now for just under a year and have no plans to stop. Everyone is so welcoming and fun. The workout is like nothing you’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend if you have been thinking about it!
I have been a member for several years and love the workout I get at Bar Method. Even if I take a little time off, I always return because it is a great overall workout. All the instructors are amazing!

Just started here after moving from Texas where I did pure barre regularly. I am pleased at how similar both barre facilities are. Made for a seamless transition. Everyone is friendly, instructors are helpful, and the studio/equipment is clean. My glutes and hammies are sore so, job well done!
