I just started Bar Method this month, and I’ve had the best experience! I’ve never been much of a workout class person, but the instructors and flow of class has made all the difference to me. I truly enjoy going, and it’s a great challenge that has already made a difference that I can notice. So thankful to have found this community!

Even though I’ve posted about Bar Method White Rock Lake before, I continue to love this place! It’s a fun, safe, empowering workout and a friendly supportive environment. I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to this workout and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
If you’re looking for a beautiful, cozy, clean welcoming space to work out, look no further East Dallas! The staff are attentive, friendly, kind, helpful and caring. This studio attracts the best clientele too. I love how the program is PT based. It truly balances out my other workouts nicely. Who doesn’t love long lean muscles? Go ahead and try a month, you’ll be hooked!
Just started a few weeks ago but I'm hooked. The studio is lovely and the instructors are fantastic. They really make an effort to encourage everyone and are especially helpful with new students (like me) who have no background in these types of classes. I haven't tried all the instructors but Ally and Kayla are both great and very supportive. Update: I'm 7 years in and love it even more today than I did when I started.
