Took my first class this morning with Emi- she was phenomenal! I’ve taken barre classes at other studios before, and bar method is by far the best! The workout was better structured and I felt I worked muscles I didn’t even know where there! I felt focused on and not like I was just another face in the class. The music was awesome, the studio is SO clean, and I didn’t feel bored or like I was at a race to get to the end of the workout. Excited to go back!
So excited to have taken the plunge and try something new. I was looking to start a fitness program for body and mental health and decided to try Bar Method with their great new client deal. The facility is spotless and the teachers have been sooo kind and welcoming!!! Their friendliness has made this new journey exciting instead of overwhelming. Thank you!
I am so grateful that the studio has been livestreaming classes since March 2020. Being able to take classes at home has been a game changer. I look forward to my morning class every day.
