I've been wanting to try some of Memphis BBQ for quite a while. Yesterday while shopping there we googled some places to eat. The BBQ Shop was close by so we went there. We didn't regret going. The BBQ Shop has the best bbq that we have ever ate. Next time in Memphis, we'll be going back there to eat. Staff was very friendly, excellent food and prices were great for the amount of food that we got. ��

Everyone should experience the deliciousness of this BBQ, no doubt. The sauce is delightful! But, you should also experience the wonderful attention given by the best waiter ever- Carl. He is warm, friendly, attentive, and just a super great guy!
Just ate my first Memphis ribs while on a conference trip. Best ribs I have ever had. Fell off the bone. Also had great slaw, baked beans, and pulled pork nachos. The greatest service I have ever had. Fully recommend. Will return if I am ever in Memphis again.
LOOOVE The Bar-B-Q Shop. My son is making his annual birthday trek down for lunch - 4 hrs each way because it is just that good.
There's a lot of great bar-b-que around this city. The Bar-B-Que Shop is my favorite though.

We came at noon for lunch. We got excellent service. Since last time I ate the BBQ sauce was more vinegary than I care for, I had the kielbasa plate with beans & potato salad. Kielbasa was good, I liked it better than the pork dinner. Beans and potato salad are some of the best in town.
