Buddy came into town and said wanted to go to Corkys. After I slapped some sense into him he saw the light and I took him to the BBQ Shop for the good stuff. We had a little of everything but all had BBQ Spaghetti and loved it. Our waitress was amazingly wonderful and brought us all extra Texas Toast! This place never disappoints and when my unknowing friends come into town and mention those two marketing BBQ places the beatings begin, we eat at the BBQ Shop and then they all thank me profusely!!! Visited this evening. Looked after by Lori superbly... plenty of food and the meat fell off the ribs... well worth a visit!
Excellent food and friendly server. Actually I sat at the bar so I should say a friendly bartender
I was very disappointed in the ribs. They were moist and tender but lacked flavor. I requested a shaker of extra rub and never got the burst of flavor that I 'm use to getting from Memphis BBQ. I also didn't care for the slaw or sauce.
This place was AMAZING . Next time your in Memphis atop by and grab a bite to eat.. great atmosphere awesome folks!!
My ribs were served cold amd the meat did not fall off the bone. It was dissappointing
