I dont usally post reviews but This time It is a must. Tonight I went here and got some brisket and ribs potato salad and greens. It took them 45 min to get my order to me. And they were not really busy. When I got home to eat. My order was messed up. The Potato salad was the most vile tasting stuff I had ever had. Mayo and garlic was all you could taste. I just....I mean...I’m not sure if it’s the food coma that I’m still in, or what, but WOW. Great barbecue. I’m from NC, and love both varieties that my great state has to offer. I must say, for my first Memphis style experience, I picked the right joint. The ribs were excellent. The pork was fantastic. The sauce, smack ya momma. Only downside is that I had to leave.
Super great BBQ and cold beer! The BBQ spaghetti is as good as they build it up to be. Can’t wait to get back. It’s a BBQ joint as a BBQ joint should be....low and slow chill place.
Best Ribs EVER, get the demi-glaze with dry rub....amazing!
